Scrum Master (m/w/d) – Digitalagency

Moselwal Digital Agency is a growing digital agency with a focus on sustainable and high-performance web solutions. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dedicated and international team and help us further optimize our agile processes and successfully complete our projects.

Your tasks:

  • Introduction, promotion, and development of agile methods and practices throughout the company, particularly Scrum
  • Coaching and supporting project teams in the application of Scrum and other agile methods
  • Moderation of Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Identification of obstacles and bottlenecks in the development process and development of solutions to improve team performance
  • Closely collaborating with product management and development to ensure continuous improvement of processes and working methods
  • Ensuring compliance with Scrum rules and values within the team

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or similar) and several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in a digital agency or in the field of web solutions
  • Thorough knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Development
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills, as well as conflict resolution competence
  • Experience in working with distributed and interdisciplinary teams
  • Good to very good German language skills desirable, but not mandatory
  • Very good English language skills in speaking and writing
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented work approach
